Barry Hodson and his team were superb, from start to finish.
We needed a builder for our residential renovation and extension project. Of the many builders we approached for quotes, Barry was the only one who gave us his full pricing and terms by our deadline.
Throughout the 12-month project, Barry was an absolute pillar of strength. Whenever we needed to catch up, he would make sure he was available. When we encountered setbacks in the form of delays with suppliers he adapted as much as possible to avoid an overall delay to the project. His team were brilliant too – both those who work for him directly and the various subcontractors he engaged. All seemed to have worked with him for years, and their approach reflected his – always professional, obliging and incredibly hardworking.
He had an intuitive feel for what would be best for the house, and an excellent eye for detail. A total perfectionist and a savvy, sound project leader. A very, very safe pair of hands.
