HS Construction Services Ltd was contracted to supply and install a certified FD60 fire-rated entrance door in a residential apartment complex located in Central London. The project was delivered in full compliance with current UK fire safety regulations and best practices.

Scope of works included:

• Supply and fitting of a pre-manufactured FD60 fire-rated door set

• Precision gap tolerances (3–4mm sides/top, <10mm threshold)

• Intumescent strips with integrated smoke seals

• CE-marked Grade 13 fire-rated hinges (x3)

• CE-marked overhead self-closing mechanism

• Fire-rated ironmongery throughout

The installation was professionally inspected and verified for compliance. A Fire Door Certificate was issued to the client on completion.

We completed an internal renovation with a focus on quality craftsmanship and a clean finish:

• Hallway: Installed decorative beading to match existing skirting boards, creating a seamless and polished look. All woodwork was carefully painted to complement the interior.

• WC Renovation: Removed the old toilet and tiles, applied a full waterproof membrane, and installed new floor and wall tiles to achieve a fresh, modern appearance.
