Bungalow rennovation, extension and loft conversion

Our client wanted a full rennovation and new layout of the existing building. New internal block walls were built as per the architects design, we also added a single storey extension and a hip to gable loft conversion providing a master bedroom, landing study area and an upstairs shower room along with plenty of storage built into the eves. We were instructed to provide all structural work, fitted kitchen and drainage. The client then took over to complete bathrooms and finish paintwork amd woodwork. The project took 4 months start to finish.

Our client is a property developer who instructed us to completely renovated the property. New floors in the basement, new wiring system and heating system, kitchen and bathroom. Every room was re plastered and external / internal painting.
