Hurstmore was employed to construct a new 5 room cedar clad extension to a 1950s bungalow. The construction has created a real juxtaposition between traditional and modern contemporary living. The large extension offers 2 new bedrooms each with en-suite and a large utility space that is accessible from the existing kitchen. Additionally the client entrusted Hurstmore with further spaces of works to remodel the existing property by opening out the primary living space in to a large, family friendly open plan living area with up to date aluminium bi-fold doors. The old, obsolete aspects of the 1960s internal fit out have been replaces with sharp, modern, contemporary lines of finish.
