Nick was recommended to us by a neighbour who he had recently worked for. He visited us promptly and soon supplied an itemized and costed schedule of works from our planning drawings. Nick created a reassuring sense that he is in control and will get the job done. He was able to get a variety of workmen and materials on site at the right time. He was always pleasant and ready to listen, respond and sometimes modify the plan. The workforce were efficient and focused on delivering each stage of the work in a timely manner. They were polite and tidy, and got on with the job. There were not many days when no one was on site. Snags were attended to promptly. The job took a bit longer to complete than the initial time estimate partly because we added work. We are very pleased with the outcome of our building project.
