This project involved the construction of a rear extension along with some alterations to an end terrace house. The single storey extension is a masonry cavity wall structure under a single-pitch tiled roof. It has been fitted with bi-fold doors and there are two pitched roof windows included. A new kitchen has been installed and a downstairs cloakroom added. Cupboards and storage areas been created. Externally the garden has been landscaped with raised beds added, new fencing and screening are also evident.
