Anil and his team were fantastic from start to finish—I can't recommend them highly enough. This was a rear, part-two story extension on a Victorian cottage, including a new kitchen and bathroom. I found Insight ProBuild online and was initially a bit apprehensive, but Anil’s professionalism, honesty, and transparency quickly put me at ease. Extension and Ground Floor Refurbishment We recently worked with Anil and his team at Insight ProBuild on a half-width rear extension and full ground floor refurbishment. The results exceeded our expectations. Anil’s communication was excellent, and his team was professional, polite, and hardworking throughout. We had insight Probuild for refurbishment in our house. They were very professional in terms of communication, payment plan and building works! Anil and his team put in our new kitchen and all the preparation works including replastering, painting, rewiring the cables etc. Everything came out exactly how we wanted them to be! We requested for a lot of LED to be put in including a pair of cupboard LED sensors, and there were many obstacles along the refurbishment, but Anil and his team managed all really well. The team always double checked with us for things they were not sure about. This is a bonus to us because a lot of builders we have worked with before would never double check with clients but just make assumptions (a lot of times ending up redoing the same thing which wasted time and money). On the contrary, Probuild was very thorough and cares about all the details, foreseeing things we didn’t even think of. Anil and his team also did an amazing decorative job for our house!

Insight Probuild completed our side-return extension and refurbishment in early 2023. We are very pleased with the final results, everything looks great as we expected. Anil and his team were very helpful and hardworking during the project. This was our first project to this scale, so we were nervous but with Anil’s help things became a lot easier and smoother. We did our due diligence before appointing Insight Probuild, spoke with clients face to face, went to see some of their completed and on-going projects. We hired Anil to carry out a full house refurb which included an extension at the front of the house. This was carried out very well with Anil ensuring the façade looked seamless, this was a challenge because the bricks originally used for the house were discontinued. Anil surveyed different suppliers to find the closest match; in addition, he directed his team to carefully removed bricks from the existing wall to ‘mix and match’ with the new bricks so that the ‘extended’ part blended in with the existing structure. The work was finished to a high spec and within budget/timelines. Anil/Insight Pro build are highly recommended.

Anil completed our refurb within budget and timelines. We chose Anil for his attention to detail and communication. At the start of the project, we were provided with a very detailed quote and schedule of work for the entire project which helped track activities and hence build progress. We hired Anil to carry out a full house refurb which included Loft extension. We highly recommend Anil/Insight Pro Build as the build was carried out within timescales & budget and to a good quality. Anil provided a lot of input in the loft conversion where we had challenges due to height restrictions. This was tricky as the bathroom was being built in the loft which meant we needed to consider plumbing constraints as well. He worked with us, exploring different design options so that we achieve our vision whilst overcoming the ceiling height and plumbing constraints. Despite the time lost on such unforeseen challenges, Anil delivered on time without compromising on quality and vision.
