The extension has been covered with a pitched slate roof incorporating two velux windows and a roof lantern, walls have been constructed of traditional cavity insulated with full fill cavity batts externally finished with facing brick, built on a strip foundation 1mx600, the garden area has been landscaped and new patio laid, internally a fully fitted kitchen has been installed, underfloor heating throughout and tiled floors, a new bathroom and utility room have been created and new window opening made, a new pathway has also been laid at the side of the property. All of the work has been completed to a good standard.
