Into The Loft Limited

Our client already had a large property and wanted to extend further to create more space including a  refurbishment of their current home. There was scope to add a pitched roof dormer and extend into the eaves. The project involved adding a new bedroom, bathroom, and dressing room as well as installing new windows and insulation.

The overall loft conversion design was modern with a period feel.

Our client wanted to make better use of their pre-existing loft space. Through creating more head-height, adding custom-designed windows and turning it into a pitched roof dormer, our customer has created two well-sized bedrooms as well as a family bathroom. 

When our client was looking for a garden Cabin, they wanted something solid and sustainable that would house their home business, keep them & the dogs warm in winter and look great in the garden. They also wanted the build process to be as smooth as possible, with the same company dealing with all the features, from building the foundations to putting in the electrics. The client also needed a build project that was possible in the Garden space that they had and within a time frame.

With the help of our design team, Becki decided on a Garden Cabin to house her headquarters. The Garden Cabin has a simple finish, which creates a cost-effective space, without compromising on quality.
