Oakfield Community has been working with JB House Limited during a restoration programme at our Easton Maudit location.
Throughout the project, Lee and his team have been extremely considerate towards the tenants living on site, ensuring disruption was kept to a minimum. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail have been exceptional, particularly given the scale and complexity of the build.
Despite the extensive nature of the works, including structural alterations and excavation, the team consistently maintained a clean and well-organised site.

JBHouse (Lee) carried out investigations & repairs to my roof following several damp patches appearing inside. Lee proposed potential areas of concern & provided a detailed quote. This was followed up with the actual works at the agreed time where he provided several updates throughout the day as issues were identified as the works progressed. He provided pictures of the issues to help me decide what needed to be done in real time & more pictures following the works to show rectification of the problems. I felt the work was good value & of a very good quality giving me confidence in the job. Since the repair, there have been no further issues thanks to Lee & his team. The area was left clean & tidy. I would have no issues in recommending JBHouse.
