Above and beyond: Jason was asked just to do the worktops for a kitchen refit in a holiday let. The project was seriously delayed by unexpected problems, against a deadline before the next guests were booked to stay. He volunteered to do far more in a last-minute chase to finish the rest of the work in time, even diverting staff from projects elsewhere when needed. All the work was of professional standard.
