I was looking for a local builder in the Cardiff area to do renovations/refurbishment work in my property. I looked on the Federation of Master Builders and I came across J.I.D Building & Maintenance.
Mr Denver gave me several estimates for different aspects of work I requested. Some of the work that I required was to build a back wall on my property, to put tiled roofs on my conservatories, refurbish the inside rooms, which included plastering, carpentry, plumbing and electrical. The fitting of new internal doors, fitting of new internal lights, a new bathroom, utility room and kitchen, which were done over three years.
The estimates were very realistic and the quality of the work was excellent. Mr Denver was very friendly, polite, confident in his work, and the work was carried out to a very high standard. I noticed that where Mr Denver was working, the areas were always kept very clean and tidy.
