Timber Framed Garage Construction

Demolition and safe removal of existing asbestos panel garage, including disposal in accordance with regulations. Construction of a new timber-framed garage built on the existing concrete base. Works included full timber framework, shiplap cladding, custom-made doors, and installation of windows and doors. Finished with a rubber EPDM single-ply roof membrane for a durable, weatherproof roof.

Side Extension & Patio Build – Colyton

We delivered a complete side extension for our client, managing everything from groundworks and foundations to roofing, windows, doors, plastering, and electrics. The new space blends with the existing property and was finished with exterior patio areas to create a practical, attractive outdoor living space. A smooth, start-to-finish project focused on quality, reliability, and client satisfaction.

A precision structural opening was formed to install bespoke Origin internal doors, creating a seamless architectural transition between spaces. Aligning architectural detailing with the home’s existing character to achieve a refined, gallery-like transition between rooms. The slim-profile glazing enhances light, and flow, delivering a contemporary statement finished to an exacting luxury standard.
