If you’re looking for a builder in Devizes, K L & Sons Building Services Ltd provides a personal service to suit all your needs – from a simple tap washer to a complete house build.
We are a family run business based in the village of Coate near Devizes in Wiltshire and we assure that all our work will be carried out within your budget and on time. We are part of the Home improvements Guarantee Lite, which is an insurance-backed guarantee that protects you should we cease to trade and therefore are unable to either start the work, complete the work or honour the terms of the guarantee given to you on the completed project.
Leanne and I set up K & L Building Services in 2003. In 2010 we changed the name to K L & Son Building Services, having brought our son into the business as a partner in recognition of all his input into the development and growing success of the company.
As of 5th of April 2019, after all our hard work and as the company grows, we have changed our name to KL & Sons Building Services Ltd. We offer building services across Wiltshire and Somerset including Devizes, Trowbridge, Chippenham, Lacock, Rowde, Seend, Market Lavington, Calne, Corsham, Box, Bath and Calne.
With over 25 years of qualified building experience, we are confident that we have the necessary skills to complete your project and we offer a full range of building services.

KL and son building have completed many jobs for myself and my family. I asked three firms to tender for some work I wanted doing on my property. Although KL and Sons Building Services Ltd were not the cheapest I went for them because I had been impressed by Kevin, the owner, when he came to look at the job. The work was done by Kevins son and a colleague who arrived on time and well prepared. The pair was clean and tidy and had a spotless and well-organised vehicle - always a good sign. They did the work quickly and efficiently and tidied up immaculately on completion. They were a pleasure to have around the property. I do not regret having gone for a more expensive quotation. I consider this to be an excellent firm which gave me an efficient and personal service. - R
KL and Son went over and above when completing our kitchen renovation. They did the work to an excellent standard and were careful to clean up after each day of work. They explained everything they were going to do along the way, always checking with me should anything change. I would not hesitate to recommend them. We need some urgent repairs on another part of the house and they were my first port of call.
