K. Smith Builders did a fantastic job on my Grade II listed building in the Jewellery Quarter. The work involved repointing the exterior back wall with a colour matched lime mortar, and removing and replacing perished bricks. The work was well planned, carried out to deadline and to a very high standard. They did a great job and were trustworthy and honest, so much so that when some of the work quoted for didn’t need to be done, they reviewed and lowered the original quote. I’d highly recommend this building company.

This is the first time I have used Kieran and his team. I was more than pleased with the project work of moving the steps on my driveway and will most definitely use this company again. They arrived on time, kept me informed of all stages of the work being done, were polite and very tidy. This is a company that knows its job and does it to a very high standard. We retained KBS to firstly demolish a large attached double. On the site of the garage KBS then built a large lounge and utility room, allowing us to make more of the existing space in our bungalow. The extension included a brick chimney breast with exposed stone stack for a wood burner. We also engaged KBS to extend the painted brick elements into the existing property comprising an arched recess for the AGA and isolated brick piers. A small hard working company, who exude honesty and effort on behalf of their clients.

Very pleased with pointing work done on my grade 2 listed cottage. All scheduled appointments from quote to date agreed for work to commence were kept. Kieran and Owen worked conscientiously despite the extremely hot weather. Neat and tidy job.

Kieran Smith (K Smith builders) modified our canopy fireplace and put an RSJ in for us. His work was excellent, he turned up every day at the agreed time and he made sure him and the lads working with him cleared up before they went home. Would recommend Kieran to anyone.

Kieron and Owen removed a large external wall and an internal wall before installing large steels and padstones. The work was done to an excellent standard. K accomodated us in his schedule and could not do enough for us. They left the house as tidy as it was before they started. They also helped with a couple of other jobs which came up for which we were really grateful. The price was really fair. I gave them keys to the house to come and go and they were completed in a couple of days. Will use again. Thanks.

We commsioned KSBuilders to deliver three projects for us: A Double Garage (Nom 30sqm), Workshop (Nom 14sqm) and an extension comprising of new Lounge & Utility Room (Nom 50sqm) All three buildings comprised masonry construction with traditional pitched tiled roofs. The work was executed in an exemplary manner, with attention to detail, compliance, ultimate quality of product, site cleanliness and time lines all wrapped up in a cost effective package. KSBuilders maybe a small company, but the owner has drive and the will to succeed. I would have no problem recommending KSBuilders and their subcontractors (Roofing, Civils and Services) for projects in the region of 40 to 100sqm, but no project is too small.

Kieran and his team did a great job removing some walls and installing an RSJ and lintels. They were very fast and efficient whilst working and did an amazing job tidying up each day before leaving. I've already had a quote for another job and won't hesitate to use them again.

We struggled to decide on the right sort of fencing/wall for the entrance to our property. Keiran suggested sleepers, which we hadn't considered. They are the perfect solution. Keiran and his apprentice Owen, were on time every day. They worked tirelessly and kept us informed every step of the way. They tidied up perfectly at the end of the day. They are a great team and so very pleasant too. The result is perfect. We are thrilled with our new fences.

Kieran and Owen have worked on several projects for us, from new gate posts built from reclaimed bricks, to installing a new window lintel per structural engineer’s drawings, to structural repairs to an outbuilding. I have found Kieran Smith Builders, to be reliable, competent, cost effective, deliver on the cost first quoted, hard working, flexible and attentive to our needs. A welcome face in the morning, just keep the coffee flowing. I have no hesitation recommending Kieran and his team. We have now placed four separate packages of work at our property, from creating an alter to our AGA, Large Double Garage, Workshop, Garden Walls and hopefully they will provide us with a new lounge extension.
