When purchased, this 2-storey property was configured as 5 separate flats, each with their own front-door thus no communal entrance. The property was partially occupied when purchased but it had been neglected for several years and the conditions in which the existing tenants were living were very poor.

Scope of Work:
The scope of this project was vast and required the installation of new 63mm dia water supply & 5 new electrical feeds to the property, the construction of a new Plant Room insulation of external walls to achieve required thermal rating, steels removed & replaced, layouts reconfigured to achieve 13 letting rooms, installation of mains-fed sprinkler system, new suspended ceilings below existing ceilings to achieve the Acoustic rating.
The plumbing scope included the installation of 5 bathrooms, 4 gas boilers & 27 radiators.
The carpentry scope included 4 kitchens, 13 fitted wardrobes & desks, 22 fire doors and in excess of 400m of Skirting & architrave. Read less

This 3 storey mid-terraced property was already configured as 3 x 1 bedroom flats with an existing HMO license. The flats were tired and neglected and in desperate need of upgrading and modernisation.

Scope of Work:
The works began by removing the existing bathrooms and kitchens and removing all existing woodchip wallpaper. A full painting redecoration throughout, replacement of UPVC doors, new kitchens, and new bathrooms in each flat and construction of fitted wardrobes and cupboards followed.
Our works concluded with the installation of new carpets and flooring followed by installation of new furniture and fixtures. Read less

This customer had contacted us after recommendation from a friend whom we had also constructed an extension and kitchen knock-through.

Scope of Work:
We built the extension from blockwork & finished externally with a smooth render. The roof was then constructed with the inclusion of 3 large Velux windows.
The owners of this property designed a combination of vaulted ceiling with velux windows and the addition of 4m bi-fold doors to really get light in.
We removed all existing ceilings to enable major plumbing and electrical modifications to be performed before re-boarding and skimming all affected walls and ceilings.
Our works were then completed after levelling the flooring between the old and new and installing the kitchen and utility units followed by skirting and other carpentry modifications. Read less
