Keytech developments have done many projects for us They have included, designing and completing: The laundry room was fully fitted including an integral dishwasher, sink and stacked washer and dryer, heating and lighting. Under stairs - storage cupboards. Bedroom - two walls of bespoke fitted wardrobes and cupboards. Lounge - floor to (cathedral) ceiling bookcase, with radiator covers and built in shelving and storage around the fireplace. Adam takes time to visit and talk through ideas, asking relevant questions about what you need, how you will use the space and expectations of finish. He quickly provides a well-considered quotation for the work and a timescale, in writing. Adam is considerate of working in your home and is a polite and considerate communicator. I am thrilled with the bespoke pergola that Adam has built, the workmanship is second to none. It has transformed the space and looks fantastic. From start to finish the communication, design, coming and just getting on with the work (without prompting or chasing) has been second to none. Even when I decided to add a little change in half way through, nothing was too much trouble. The finish is fantastic and you wouldn't have known a workman had been there, all clean and tidy. From initial contact to completion the work was excellent. Began work when they said they would. Respectful of people's property - ground sheets under the wall to catch any falling bricks. Left property clean and tidy every night. Workmanship was excellent. Even the new bricks matched the old and the coping stones complemented the finished job. I was initially introduced to Adam at keytech developments to convert garage into utility room which I’m really happy with. Adam discussed my ideas and made helpful suggestions and happily provided revised quotes as the spec changed. Everything was clearly explained from pricing to how the work would be done. Adam constructed a new, modern bathroom, with tiled floor, spot lighting, new suite, electric shower and vertical towel rail. This included the removal of an existing wall separating the toilet from the rest of the bathroom. Adam recommended removing the dividing wall and altering the orientation of the original bathroom suite to create space. I decided to go with this approach and the results are really pleasing. I now have a fresh, modern looking bathroom, with considerably more space. In addition, three new doors and frames, were fitted to the upstairs rooms to modernise the overall appearance. Adam also tidied up pipework around the house by creating covers to "box in" the pipework, making the appearance look modern and tidier. I would highly recommend Adam and his modern, forward thinking methods. I will certainly be employing Adam's services in the future.

We used Keytech Developments to insulate two garage walls & the garage ceiling as we were experiencing the transfer of the cold air into the adjacent rooms from the garage plus upgrading our loft insulation. Adam visited us at our convenience to discuss our request. He took the time to listen to us & provided a solution of creating stud walls full of insulation with access panels. He explained finish options & their benefits. He advised when he would be able to start the work& that he would provide a written quote, which he did. He was not pushy but left us to think about our options and the price. Adam kept in touch, work commenced exactly when he said, it took the length of time quoted & price was as quoted. He & Dave worked tirelessly to accomplish the job. They were polite, turned up each day, did a very neat job & understood our requirements exactly. Nothing was too much trouble. All rubbish removed. We would happily use Keytech developments again.
