Our latest project in Torquay was a complete transformation of this coastal flat - delivered in just 8 weeks.

The works involved taking the property back to plaster, followed by the installation of a brand-new kitchen and bathroom, underfloor heating, and a full internal redecoration. A standout feature of the design is the use of brick slip walls, adding texture and warmth to the living space.

This fast-track renovation showcases our ability to deliver high-quality results on time and with meticulous attention to detail - no matter the size or scope of the project.

Appointed in December 2022, Kingschurch Developments acted as Project Managers for the complete transformation of Kennford Hall - a landmark private estate in Devon.

Over the course of 11 months, we oversaw a full refurbishment and significant extension of the main residence, including the creation of a subterranean cinema room.

Externally, the project featured the construction of a bespoke lake house, shepherd’s hut, estate offices, an orangery, and a greenhouse.

In addition, extensive landscaping works were carried out, including the formation of five ornamental lakes and ponds, terracing, and the installation of a large outdoor swimming pool.

This was a truly unique and ambitious undertaking, delivered on time and to an exceptional standard.
