Following a public tendering process, KingsRock were appointed to renovate a seven-bedroom house in multiple occupation to provide a safe, secure, and affordable home for people moving on from rough sleeping. The quality of the work across the entire property is of an exceptionally high standard. As a Council, we are committed to providing homes that are genuinely good places to live, recognising that people who have experienced homelessness deserve the same quality and dignity as anyone else. KingsRock fully understood this ambition and have delivered a scheme that meets, and exceeds, those expectations. The completed property is something we were proud to show to local neighbours prior to it being let. This helped provide reassurance that the accommodation will be well managed and maintained to a high standard, and that it will be a positive addition to the local community.

Very comprehensive team, technically very strong and knowledgeable of all building products / materials. They supported in managing a complex incoming water issue and a variety of internal repairs, from woodwork to plastering and finishing. High quality of workmanship and good client communication. As a professional architect I would highly recommend KingsRock for both domestic and commercial construction.
