Kingston Construction Hampshire Limited are a local, family-run building company that was established in 1991. The company has two Directors, Mr Guy Kingston and Mrs Claire Kingston. Guy has worked solely within the building industry as a craftsman and has benefitted from the expertise gained from three generations of his family being in the industry.
The work that we undertake is varied and comprehensive, ranging from new homes and extensions to refurbishments, listed buildings and maintenance. As a company we have previously worked for Private clients, Land Owners, The Church of England Children's Society and Industry.
Accreditations
Kingston Construction Hampshire Limited are members of the National House Building Council (NHBC) and are happy to become involved at any stage from the conception of an idea to the completion of the final project. Kingston Construction embraces modern technology within the industry whilst also having a wealth of experience in using traditional techniques.
We are Warranted Builders with the Federation of Master Builders (FMB). This is a scheme that can provide insurance backed guarantees for our non house building domestic work. We are monitored and checked by an independent inspector to confirm that we are working within the strict guidelines of the Build Assure Scheme and can therefore maintain our Warranted Builder status. With the Build Assure Scheme comes a Trust Mark Certification.
Kingston Construction carries a Public and Employer Liability Insurance. We are also registered carriers of waste under the Control of Pollution Act.
Extensions
Extensions come in many shapes and sizes. Most clients that we work with know what they want to achieve with new space, but may need a little help with the technical side of the design.
This is where we come in. With our skill and experience, we can work with you to design your perfect extension. We use architects, structural engineers and interiors designers to provide a complete service with ourselves as the co-ordinators of this work, leaving you to carry on with your everyday lives without the worry of trying to project manage this process.
Having a builder in this process does have a major advantage this being access to pricing throughout. No matter what type of project it is you will always have a budget and having somebody in the design process that will build it, means that if  you were to decide on any design change, we would be able to cost this for you, keeping you in touch with the overall cost at all times.
This removes the problem of designing something that ultimately is not within your budget. If you have your own architect who is working with you to design it we are more than happy to provide any additional information that they require 
New Builds
As NHBC builders we are able to provide a full 10 year warranty on the new houses we build. We are happy to be involved at any stage of the building process.
The NHBC is the main organisation that sets the standards for new house building in this country. Our new builds are checked by the NHBC to provide the reassurance for the house owner that the house is to the highest standards.
We can design the house with you using architects, structural engineers, Garden architects, interior designers and planning consultants. The process can be difficult but with our help this can be made as easy as possible.

Refurbishments
A refurbishment to your home or office will update the area, modernising the area and making it a more practical place. We are able to offer a complete service including electrics, plumbing, glazing and carpentry. 
Although the work may be isolated to a single room these rooms may be very important to the running of your home. We at Kingston Construction understand that work on your kitchen or bathroom needs to be well organised to keep the disruption to a minimum.
We can help you with the design of the room either designing with you or bringing in specialist designers. We can put forward designs and ideas helping you decide on the perfect fit for you and your home. Our team of skilled tradesmen will bring the design to life with the quality that only comes from people that care about the work they do.
Renovations
This covers a wide variety of work but mainly this would be structural alterations such as new walls being built or removed to create internal structural alterations.

If the project needs structural work we are happy to deal with the structural engineer and building control to remove the worry, and remove a lot of the stress related with have building work done. Internal building work can be very untidy and therefore we use all the modern techniques to reduce the impact on your home including full carpet protection and full dust extraction.
