This project was a superb looking high end new build 3 storey property. Internally the bathrooms, shower rooms and kitchens have been finished of to a very high standard. Aluminium windows and doors have been installed with ventilation coming from the air source system. The open stairs have have glass balustrades and the flooring throughout the ground and first floor have been finished with porcelain tiles over underfloor heating. Externally the property has been rendered on 3 sides with cladding at the front. There are balconies on level 1 & 2 provide stunning views across sandbanks. This property was one of the best our inspector had inspected.
