This consisted a large, rear, low pitched roof extension. This brought a complete new dimension to the family home with a superb entertaining space, loads of natural light through electric Velux windows and 2 pairs of French doors onto the garden. Fully fitted kitchen, underfloor heating and a new tiles floor to the ground floor of the home. We provided new paths to the rear as well.

While building a large wrap around extension for this customer, she sent me a picture and asked if I could build her the office suite in the picture. 

 We certainly did do just that, handmade, bespoke, p-sprayed and fitted the complete office. 

Just WOW!

This project was inspected 30th April 2024 by the inspection company the BBA on behalf of The Federation of Master Builders.

We were commissioned to design and draw this project for a wrap-around extension on a detached property with a pitched roof, Demolish existing garage, with a new kitchen fitted with the rear walls being removed to create an open plan kitchen, dining area. Underfloor heating and LVT flooring finish has been laid and rear garden landscaping complete. All new paths, surface water drainage and new Driveway to complete this project.

We were commissioned to demolish existing garage and construct a side and rear wrap round extension, comprising of rear office space, central utility room, jack and jill shower room and 4th bedroom/playroom.

We also re pointed the front of the property and re rendered the entire house. Incredible!
