We are a building contractor with traditional techniques used to complete work undertaken. All types of work are considered from new extensions through to renovation of Agricultural buildings.
Our work is carried out to the highest standards thanks to the quality of our workforce and the use of highly experienced sub-contractors that take time and care over the work they carry out for our customers.
We have been operating within the construction industry for 14 years working on new builds, domestic and commercial property and a number of listed and agricultural buildings within Kent and East Sussex.

Lakeview Oast

A full conversion of a 2 kiln square oast to allow for a brick built extension and a new oak frame extension to enable a new kitchen/diner of an open plan design. Works also entailed installation of 2 new bathrooms, re design of current living room space and 3 new bedrooms. This project we projected managed along with the customers from start to finish (see project management for details). See website for more details

Latchfield house

A conversion of an unused coach house on the grounds of Latchfield house to enable the use to become a holiday let. Works carried out included a new structural floor on the ground floor level, a full installation of plasterboard and insolation to current building regulations, fitting of a purpose made staircase.
