A beautiful set of Timber French Doors produced and fitted by Lee & Micklethwait Ltd a Fensa registered company. The clients original set were rotten and draughty we replaced them with a pair of high performance draughtproofed and thermally efficient Accoya French doors finished two tone with clean white to the exterior and F&B Pointing to give the interior a timeless finish.  

This beautifully designed orangery extension seamlessly blends traditional brickwork with contemporary glazed features. The large bi-fold doors partnered up with a bespoke timber lantern flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting connection between the interior and garden. With sleek modern detailing and premium materials, this new addition enhances both the aesthetic and functionality of the home.

Our client wanted to give there rental property a new lease of life ready for the new tenants. We re-roofed the main house using reclaimed slate, new leadwork and new barge boards along with new guttering. Offering a brand new roofline. Fully insulated up to current building regulations.

We also fitted new thermally efficient timber windows and doors throughout the property to better the properties EPC rating.

The renovations went further with a new kitchen and utility completed to a high standard, coupled up with a new LVT flooring for that touch of luxury. Decorated top to bottom.
