Leonart transformed a semi-detached house in New Malden through a full refurbishment and rear extension, turning a dated layout into a light-filled, open-plan family home. The project involved structural reconfiguration, including steel beam installation to open up the ground floor, and the integration of tailored joinery and timeless materials. The result is a warm, modern space that feels larger, brighter, and beautifully connected, both in layout and atmosphere.

Leonart transformed Trinca, a 20sqm Italian restaurant in Surbiton, into a highly efficient and elegant space. The redesign included a striking Calacatta gold quartz counter bar, smart seating solutions, a compact kitchen under 3sqm, and a guest bathroom, all without compromising the restaurant’s intimate, welcoming atmosphere. The result is a beautifully functional space that maximises every inch, enhances flow, and elevates the dining experience.

Leonart delivered a full-scope interior design project for a private client with a passion for Italian style. The brief focused on sourcing high-quality Italian furnishings and creating bold, refined interiors across the living spaces and a narrow balcony. Rich textures, brave colour choices, and custom pieces—including a bespoke concrete dining table for the balcony—came together to form a cohesive, elegant home. The result is a warm, personal space where Italian craftsmanship and bold design coexist in perfect harmony.
