The challenge of adding the first floor extension to a stone property situated in a conservation area was executed enthusiastically and professionally from start to finish. The key challenge being the blending of new stone structure with the existing; the finished stonework is a credit to the stones mansions. The effective reuse of the exiting roof tiles has resulted in the exterior looking as if it has been in place for years. The internal build quality and finishes match and complement the external excellence of the stone work. Jason and the team worked closely with our architect which ensured that the build phase was a very positive experience. The site was well managed and always tidy and safe, with regular deliveries and complex access issues being well planned and executed. Lilystone’s will certainly be our first choice for future projects.

Lilystone did a wonderful job right across the board - the team were professional and very likeable, the works were monitored regularly and managed with great care and attention and, whilst we haven't had any post-work issues (and don't expect any), I know that we could call and they would be rectified immediately, I can't recommend them highly enough and we're looking forward to our first Christmas in our remodelled 'back of the house'.

Our project involved a complete remodelling of two bathrooms, including reconstruction of a dividing wall, complete re-working of the plumbing and creation of a new window. Everything had to be done in line with strict listed building approvals. From the start, designing and creating our new bathrooms spaces with the Lilystone team felt like a partnership. Jason sat down with us and went through detailed specs. at the outset, offered ideas and solutions and was flexible in adjusting as we went through the project. We are very pleased with the final result in the master bathroom. The work has been done to a very high quality and we love the new space which is both functional and aesthetically beautiful. Jason and his team were brilliant to work with and their client service was excellent. The whole team were highly professional, respectful of our space, responsive and took time to answer questions whenever we had them. We look forward to working with Lilystone again in future.

Lilystone Homes were brilliant in delivering our new home to us - not an easy task to achieve during a pandemic followed by a war in Europe, both of which led to huge challenges in sourcing materials at an acceptable price. Nevertheless, Jason and his team were able to keep very close to the original quote as well as deliver a few weeks ahead of schedule. Jason and his crew - direct employees as well as contractors - were friendly, respectful and tidy in everything they did, and kept us fully informed at every stage of the journey.
