Building a new house and an extension was a new experience for me, but as I have used Limeworx for the past 15 years on our Grade 2 listed property, I felt very secure in the hands of Gary and I knew I could rely on him for the best advice, expertise and workmanship. He got involved already in the planning process and then as we started the build, it was a constant dialogue between myself and him. Gary has a lot of knowledge, so the build became a learning experience for myself and I can now appreciate the workmanship that goes into a build and understand different materials, techniques etc. I pay a lot of attention to detail and Gary has the same mindset and he would always make sure my standard was met, nothing was ever a problem. Throughout the project, the scope increased slightly, but the actual cost for the original scope was all delivered on budget. I strongly recommend Limeworx, if you are looking for a dedicated and experienced builder that will deliver a quality build.
