Read lessWe recently took on the challenging task of turning an existing four-bedroom house into a five-bedroom HMO in 8 weeks in the Chesterfield area.
The alterations were finished on time ready for the property to be furnished by the client in preparation for the rooms to be occupied.
The property consists of three en-suite bedrooms, a large accessible bedroom with en-suite as well as large kitchen and offices. In addition to this, the existing garage was changed into an office with a small toilet and a Crisis room where people can visit any time of the day or night if they are in trouble.
We are hoping to carry on our good working relationship with this client and this is the third project we have completed with them.

The works were extended slightly as, once in the ground, it became apparent that the adjacent wall required underpinning in order to become structurally secure.
Our client is so pleased with the work that she has informed us that she is more than happy to welcome future potential clients to her house to see our work.
