We created a magazine worthy home, as this project was photographed and featured in House Beautiful.  The project consisted of a Double Storey Side Extension, Single Storey Rear Kitchen Extension and a Full House Renovation.  Our team doubled the size of the original house to form a beautiful and wow style 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom family home.

This lovely couple came to us asking us to create the perfect house for them, as they loved living in the Crystal Palace area and didn’t want to move.  

We were hired for Architectural Design, Interior Design, Project Management and Full Building Service.  We secured planning permission after the first attempt and took care of all of the details and compliances.  We converted the garage into a family / tv room, we built a rear kitchen extension to enable the family to eat and entertain in their open plan, kitchen and dining area.  The original kitchen was located on the first floor of the house and was transformed into a family bathroom with a utility space, which ensured the washing machine and dryer were removed from the newly built kitchen extension.  The original first floor dining room was re designed into a perfect main bedroom directly next to the new family bathroom.  The project was completed on time and budget and our clients love their new home.

LivingFunky built this three storey, 1450 sq. ft townhouse, a complete new build. We installed super insulation into the cavities, floors, ceilings, and walls, creating complete air tightness. The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suite shower rooms and 1 family bathroom. It also features sustainable bamboo flooring and underfloor heating and has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard. Fully networked and full LED system. Finally, it has been garden fenced, lawned and landscaped, with front, back and side decking areas and a polar white granite chip driveway.

We redesigned and renovated this 1960's three storey townhouse, installing new electrics, gas and plumbing, and adding insulation in the roof and between the floors and ceiling. The project also involved a garage conversion that forms a home office and a rear kitchen extension that houses a new kitchen/dining area. The coal room was transformed into a guest shower room, a 4th bedroom was created from the old 1st floor kitchen diner, the original flooring was exposed, sanded and varnished. Finally, the property was decorated and furnished to a high specification, with garden fencing, walls, decking, and landscaping.
