Hamza and his team did a full refurbishment for our dated house. The entire house went back to brick and a full renovation with rewiring and replumbing was done along with a garage conversion. The team is very transparent on pricing , and did a lot of extra work and also helped us with removals purely out of goodwill. Highly recommend this building company - we are very satisfied customers.

Localbuilders did a rear kitchen extension for us including all kitchen fitout and a loft conversion to create a habitable living space and an ensuite in the loft. The entire job took 4 months to complete and was done to a good standard. We had all labour and material in contract and the quality was good. Hamza made sure all choices were run past us and also accompanied us to the suppliers to choose material. He is an honest man foremost and is always reachable on phone when we needed help with snag issues even after the project was over. Highly recommend!

Hamza and his team completed full renovation and an extension at our property in July 2024. The work was done on time and at the budget per the contract. The main contractor Hamza is a very skilled tradesmen and was able to rectify any building issue at site. Their service is also very prompt and they have worked for a few more properties for us and we have always found him very approachable and credible.
