The Coppice Gardens was an exceptional project for us, a development that consisted of 7 luxurious new build family homes fully equipped with renewable energy and located in the Chiltern Hills. The project included a selection of semi-detached and detached houses each with 4 bedrooms and spread across 3 floors. They were situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac accessed via a private road, with spacious driveways and landscaped gardens. The finish was stylish and contemporary, with an abundance of luxury features and modern technologies. We carried out the project in two phases and from site clearance to completion, the development took us 18 months.

This clients office space was raised a considerable amount above ground level, previously accessed by a set of steps into a normal door entry, so we designed them a bespoke … Read more This clients office space was raised a considerable amount above ground level, previously accessed by a set of steps into a normal door entry, so we designed them a bespoke raised decking area, with a gated entry to the bespoke steps. With the installation of Bi-Fold doors this project allowed the client to take their office space outside.
We made clever use of the area underneath the decking and created the client storage with a custom made door.

Luke is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He answers queries honestly, has a can-do attitude and explains things clearly. Luke and his team were incredibly polite throughout the build to us and our neighbours and they were all a pleasure to have around. Our neighbours were equally impressed with Luke and his team, which helped so much with our build. Luke always took the time to check in with us and make sure we were happy and if we had any questions. He was always approachable and easy to contact. I can honestly say that there wasn’t one day where we experienced any difficulties. Luke maintained good links with FMB throughout the build and arranged for site visits. It was clear just how impressed the FMB team were with Luke too, and quite rightly so.
