A complete House renovation is a step into the unknown for a families. The full extent of what is required to achieve the architects vision was not easily understood. The choice of LPB Builders to deliver the project was immediately the right choice. Lee and Rebecca made the process of rebuilding the house from start to finish a manageable and understood process, from the breakdown of costs and when the work elements would be complete all was explained and documented. As with any project alterations occur, these were all agreed and priced up which made budget management very straight forward. We hired Lee to fulfil our dream of an Extension/Garage-Home Cinema conversion and from the outset it was apparent that we were dealing with a friendly, professional team. Any additional issues uncovered during the building works were immediately identified and costed so there were no nasty surprises when the invoices came through from Rebecca. My wife and I were impressed with the whole team, they were all hard-working, respectful and friendly, and a joy to have in our house. In fact, we were so delighted with the work of Lee and his team that we increased our original budget to have further works done whilst they were on site (including a lovely patio and block paved alleyway). At the end of each day they would tidy up too, which was a welcome surprise. We have nothing but praise for LPB Builders and they come fully recommended. - Longwick

When I told our architect we'd hired LPB Builders she said "you're in very good hands". She wasn't wrong; Lee, Dayle & the team are everything you hope for when entrusting someone with a major renovation project. They've been pragmatic, creative, uncannily accurate with timeframes, and above all they've done a bloody good job. On numerous occasions, Lee and Dayle went above beyond - from fixing our neighbours gate to coming up with creative solutions to turn unexpected pipe boxing into a beautiful decorative bookcase. They put a lot of care and pride into the work which hasn't gone unnoticed. Having a double storey side extension and internal alterations is probably the second biggest expenditure you ever make, after buying a house, as well as being potentially stressful so choosing the right building company is critical. A friend recommended Lee from LBP Builders who then provided us with numerous recommendations of satisfied customers all who confirmed what a great job Lee and his team had done. We found Lee to be hard working, diligent, straight talking, committed and highly experienced delivering what he promised. The building work was well project managed by Lee & Rebecca and the skilled trademen working with Lee were experts in their trades resulting in us being delighted with the work which was completed to a high standard. The few snags we found were all quickly fully rectified. Lee has done two projects for us in recent months. They removed two windows and two sections of plastic cladding from an outside wall and replaced it with face brickwork to match the existing brickwork. Lee's team got a great match to the existing brickwork, and it blends in nicely. Lee also laid drainage for and installed a new toilet on the ground floor. Lee was always available to talk through queries and accommodated a number of requests we made without question. The tradespeople Lee works with are very good quality, friendly, hardworking and tidy. They had nothing but good things to say about Lee and his experience as a builder. Rebecca does a great job as the central point of contact in the office and is very friendly and efficient. The final invoices came through exactly as quoted. We are delighted with the work on both projects and would not hesitate to recommend LPB Builders. - Julia
