Petrit and Altin from Lushi Builders & Maintenance did our loft conversion (Victorian terrace in bromley). The team were extremely punctual and respectful throughout the whole project, always keeping us updated and making sure everything was done to a very high standard. They were thoughtful and professional in every aspect, paying close attention to detail and making the process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, their pricing was very fair and competitive. We recently used Lushi Builders & Maintenance (Petrit) for out bathroom refurbishment after they responded to an advert I placed on this site. Petrit and his team were professional, always on time, had great communication with us, were adaptable and very hard working to get the job done on time to a high standard. Any issues were resolved quickly and easily, with additional costs communicated upfront. Petrit and his team even went above and beyond by completing extra tasks for us.
