In this project we built a small extension/in-fill then propped the house on 2 x external walls while we installed some large steels to hold up the house. 

Once the large open plan Kitchen was created we install wet UFH, porcelain tiles and low profile sliding doors. A Utility Room was also created at the back of the large garage along with insulating the garage too.

This beautiful large private garden in Old Windsor was re-developed in phases to compliment our clients’ newly built house.

Retaining walls, sawn sandstone paving and a contemporary rose garden surround the infinity pool and pool house.

Steps lead down to the lower bank where we planted mature trees which were craned in and planted to provide pool users with privacy whilst retaining views out from the garden.

Additional planting beneath the trees provides colour and structure when viewed from access road level.

A comprehensive irrigation system has been installed on the bank to facilitate the establishment of the trees and plants

In this project the clients moved out which was helpful and it was pretty much a back to brick renovation. 

Everything was replaced apart from the roof and the walls. A small extension and steels were needed to square off and open up the Kitchen. 

Many elements of the design were chosen by the client as the project progressed. We insulated the whole of the ground floor and then installed zoned wet UFH finished with porcelain tiles. 

All the Bathrooms were replaced and we moved around some walls to create a larger Family Bathroom. 

We also installed AC in all Bedrooms. Moving outside we installed 3 x Millboard decked areas and worked along side the swimming pool contractor.

The client having grown up in Canada wanted us to build a similar garden building to what his parents had. We had never built anything like this before.

We suggested the Millboard decking which complemented the scheme and the client was delighted with the results. We also installed new crittall doors with sidelights leading into the house.

The project consists of a rear single storey extension, with an open plan living area and a first floor side extension. 

We also installed insulation in the floor and putting underfloor heating throughout.

This stunning project consists of installing all new turf, a new irrigation system, a new swimming pool, all the brick work and drystone walls are being restored, a new fountain, all new lighting and a Japanese style building with outdoor kitchen and changing area.
