For this project the proposed planning was for a rear single storey extension. And a garage conversion to create more groundfloor space. Which helped them double the size of the kitchen, added a playroom and a utility with a shower toilet and basin.

We had a complete renovation of a late 1800s cottage. Every room needed to be addressed and a significant extension added. The builders had completed work on a close relative's property and we had a relationship with them prior to our build. Their work was thorough with no shortcuts taken. We had confidence that the end result would be good and a year and a half on from the finish and that confidence was clearly justified. Nothing was a problem to them. There was always a solution!

We used M&M Construction for a major extension project and couldn’t be happier with the result. Richard, the main point of contact, was professional, approachable, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process.
The team were consistently considerate while the work was ongoing, which made a big difference when living on site. They also offered plenty of good, practical ideas that improved the final outcome, rather than just sticking rigidly to the original plan.
Pricing was reasonable and transparent, and where elements of the work needed specialist input beyond their own scope, M&M Construction used trusted partner trades. Every one of these partners was reliable and did a good job, maintaining the same standards as the main team.

Richard, Jim, Mark and the team have been amazing for our very large house renovation (every room changed, new roof, new elecs and plumbing throughout, added 50% square foot etc).
We've had a few builders in our time for various renovations and we definitely feel we lucked out with these guys. To sum up their work they are:
Very knowledgeable, meticulous, detailed, honest, great communicators, and really care about what they do and that you're happy. Not always the fastest but that's ok to get the quality of finish we have been left with. Highly recommend.

M&M have carried out work for us for a number years. After being introduced to us by a previous architect on our first project. Being a loft conversion on our own property. We did not need to source another builder after that for other projects. As we found M&M covered everything we wanted from a builder in cleanness right through to attention to detail in all their aspects of work. I would highly recommend M&M for all your building needs whether it is designing a build or just to carry out the building works
