First Fix

We have extensive experience working with First Fix Timber Frame Construction working with softwood or oak frame ,be it new builds, extensions ,garages, studios, offices, gazebo , pavilion  and summer houses.

We offer a variety of weather type finishes on your build from timber cladding to brick veneer and render finish and can construct new cut roofs, hip structures and flat roofs.  We can support you from planning to finishing touches.

 We also build new stud walls, timber suspended ceilings and new floor structures to your requirements 

Loft and Garage Conversions

With the property you have, we can help you realise the full potential of your existing structure with a full loft conversion.  This can include either a rooflight, Dormer or Mansard conversion, and a design and planning service with access to a Structural Engineer.

Similarly, with garages, we can convert to utility, living space, playroom, bathroom, all or part of your garage.
