· Surfaces: Installation of new wall and floor tiles throughout.

· Heating: Replacement of the existing radiator with a new standing radiator.

· Lighting: Installation of modern spotlights in the ceiling for bright.

Side Return Kitchen Extension

This project involved transforming a narrow side return and existing kitchen into a bright, spacious, open-plan area. The extension was built with thermally efficient cavity walls (thermal blocks and brick) under a new roof.

The highlight is a full-width run of bi-folding doors, flooding the space with light and creating a seamless connection to the garden. The interior features underfloor heating, large-format porcelain tiles, and a clean finish with recessed spotlights.

I recently completed a compact yet fully functional under-stairs bathroom, making efficient use of an otherwise unused space. The project included the installation of a standing shower, toilet, and hand basin, all fitted to maximise comfort and accessibility within the limited area.

New Build Porch: A Complete Transformation

This project involved the full construction of a new porch from the ground up. Built on a solid 600x700 concrete foundation, it features thermally efficient cavity walls (thermal block/brick) and a classic, durable tiled pitched roof.

Inside, the finish is modern and clean with sleek tiled flooring and energy-efficient spotlighting. The work was completed with a refreshed front garden to complement the new entrance.
