Mark McCormick Builders

I didn't need to seek assistance from the Federation of Master Builders as Mark project managed my build from start to finish. He and his skilled, personable team delivered a superb extension with WC & shower room, plus patio (not part of original brief), all at a sensible price. The end result was better than I had imagined. I would entrust any future building project to Mark McCormick Builders and am very happy to recommend them.

Mark McCormick builders are without a doubt the best firm we have ever used. Mark and his team rebuilt a large hole in the gable end of our old stone house and rebuilt the chimney. He is the nicest person, easy to talk to, and the cost was very reasonable. He and his team can work on almost anything and he is currently building a fabulous large house from scratch. Brilliant.

The Building work was undertaken by Mark McCormick Builders. We recently had the whole of our home redesigned and updated by Mark, not a room downstairs was untouched. The job from start to finish was very professional which was done in a way where we could still have a home that was usable as we lived in our home throughout. Due to Covid 19 restrictions some materials were hard to come by but Mark always manged to keep the job moving which was much appreciated. The finished job is everything and more than we could of hoped for. We would like to say a big thank you to Mark for turning our home into something we are really proud of. We cannot recommend Mark and his team enough for a fantastic job well done. We would not hesitate in using Mark McCormick builders again in the future for their high standards and professionalism. Mark is at the pinnacle of what I would regard as a master builder. He and his team have been a delight to work with. The site is always clean and tidy - even the neighbours commented on the tidiness and politeness of the team. Mark has worked throughout the project in a very focused and positive way. Mark also worked seamlessly with other services such as utility providers. The quality of work throughout - brickwork, joinery, paving, new concrete slab, insulation etc is exceptional in the way it tied in with existing structures and how they matched our demanding standards and expectations. Mark was a close listener to what we wanted and when we changed our minds on a few things he approached the changes without fuss. He has made the whole project a true pleasure and exciting experience without the stress I had perceived on such a complex project. I cannot put into words how highly we rate Mark or how highly we would recommend him to others.

Mark McCormick Builders Mark undertook a significant extension to our house whilst we remained in residence. He and his own team, plus those specialist trademen that he used, undertook this work with good humour, outstanding professional care and courtesy, at all times keeping us informed of progress, how the works might impact upon us and when we needed to procure any client supply items required. Even the neighbours remarked on how well organised and tidy the site was kept. His attitude and approach to the modest number of variations was great and the associated cost managed fairly and with transparency.
