I engaged Marlam Construction to build an annex for my parents to use. They did a great job for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Neil was super easy to work with - always took the time to explain options and what they were doing. The team who worked here were all great and delivered first class work. Amazing company, Marlam make the job look easy. Whole team of knowledge,experience and expertise. Everyone on site know what they need to do. Neil & Ash always thinking ahead so as not to hold the works up, On site problem solving and swift solutions- second to none . Jack and the block team are super fast, efficient and friendly. Ian is always one step ahead just to name a few. Completed multiple jobs for us of different types. Regular site meetings and progress discussions. Would always recommend. We wouldn't use anyone else... Simple.

Neal and his team were a pleasure to have around and deal with right from the beginning. Totally knowledgable, no dramas, thought problems through as they arrived in our tricky steel installation and creating one super large room out of three rooms and solved them all Very polite team, always turned up on time (which is rare these days) Neal was always on hand/end of the phone and completed the job to an excellent standard and great time scales We would recommend Neal & his team all day long and having undergone 4 total house refurbishments in 12 years, we know first hand when a builder and their team are good or not. Faced with the unusual situation of needing to access and replace heating valves hidden behind a cylinder tank, the most practical option was to knock through an internal cavity block wall. We were very lucky that Marlam Construction Ltd were able to attend at short notice (due to severe weather affecting their local new build). The next day Ashley and John created a double aperture complete with lintels. They worked carefully around existing pipework and went the extra mile in making sure there was adequate space for the plumbers to repair the valves. They protected the house from dust and left everywhere spotlessly clean. We have no hesitation in recommending Marlam Construction Ltd and we have already had discussions regarding our future projects.

I contacted Marlam to do a kitchen installation when our intended fitting team dropped out. Right from the start Neil was extremely helpful and responsive, agreeing to do the install at short notice. He always answered our calls and questions and I never once had any concerns about their ability to get the job done to our complete satisfaction. All of the Marlam team did a fantastic job but I have to make a special note of their chippy, Jake and Adam, the electrician, who both went above and beyond our expectations in terms of their dedication and professionalism. We now have a very nice new kitchen and Marlam Construction are a team that I would definitely recommend. Thank you Neil for a great job, and merry xmas to all at Marlam.
