The project involved the renovation of a student rental property to prepare for a sale. The property underwent a full stripout and refurbishment as well as a small rear extension (under permitted development rights) to accommodate a change in layout to a more open plan format. Design was undertaken internally with the Director designing the structural works and project team overseeing all fitout and decor choices.
