MCB Developments is an innovative design and build company offering bespoke services across London and beyond. We provide all elements of the build process from design concept to project completion, including planning, building control compliance and certification, full building works and ongoing maintenance.
 
We work closely and collaboratively with clients, designers and architects to tailor each project to meet the needs of the users in the short term and for years to come.

MCB Developments were commissioned to deliver the refurbishment of the purpose-built maisonette after planning permissions had been granted. We tweaked the architects plans to maximise the space available and create a state-of-the-art residence.
Overlooking the living room is the bespoke kitchen at mezzanine level leading to the frameless glass enclosed roof terrace. Fitted furniture provides an abundance storage throughout whilst natural light pours through the handmade wooden sash windows and frameless architectural glass balustrades. An integrated Sonos audio visual system brings the party whilst the Banham alarm and remote video entry system provides the highest quality security.
A fantastic outcome resulting in a bidding war between prospective tenants immediately upon reaching the lettings market.

A mixed commercial space home to a private hair salon with a leading spiritual practitioner.
The brief for the tired basement premises was to keep everything simple, practical and attractive. A carefully designed lighting plan allowed us to create different zones, providing a sense of separation throughout the small area. The size constraints forced careful and delicate design of the bespoke furniture; with sprayed pieces blending seamlessly into the surrounding walls and other stained oak pieces crafted to draw the eye and provide focal points within the different work spaces.
The calm environment is a heaven away from the noise and crowds of the street above.
