This project was fully managed by McCombie Construction Ltd. from the feasibility, design, pre-construction, construction and sale stages of the project. We were responsible for producing the full H&S package for the project and the property was build with an NHBC 10 Warranty provided.
This project was actually selected as a finalist in the Local Authority Building Control Awards for Building Excellence in the 'Best New Home Catagory'.
This project had a contract value of circa £240k

McCombie Construction is a Chartered Building Company through the CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building) which is a 45,000 member strong professional Chartered organisation.
Below is a picture of both of our Directors Zak and Arron McCombie at their Graduation Ceremony. Arron McCombie achieved his Professional Qualification of Chartered Construction Manager which is benchmarked at Degree Level and is entitled to use the designatory letter MCIOB after his name. Arron also has his NVQ Level 3 in Brickwork, Level 4 in Construction Site Supervision and Level 7 (Masters Degree level) in Construction Senior Management.
Zak McCombie achieved Fellowship with the CIOB which is a professional qualification benchmarked at Masters Degree Level. Zak has become one of the youngest Fellows within the institute at 31 years old with the Fellowship grade average age currently at 63 years of age and is reserved for only the best and most capable industry leaders. Zak is entitled to use the designatory letter FCIOB after his name.
Zak also has an honours Degree in Business Management, a Masters Degree in Construction Management, is a Chartered Construction Manager and a Chartered Building Engineer and is currently studying for an MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School.
And as if Zak isnt busy enough he also sits on the Northwest Board of the Federation of Master Builders.
