They worked tirelessly, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, to ensure project milestones were met without compromising on quality.

The Client, Cecil Doherty, was on site every day, including late evenings and weekends. Richard and Charlie maintained an enviable relationship with Cecil throughout the works liaising continually to problem solve and ensure all KPI’s were achieved. 

Primary objective of the project was to restore and modernize five listed historical buildings, including iconic Clocktower and construct a new four-story extension to create a luxurious 4* hotel.

The project aimed to seamlessly blend heritage conservation with contemporary hospitality standards, ensuring preservation of architectural integrity while delivering high-end amenities such as 90 ensuite rooms, bars, restaurants, swimming pool, spa and conference facilities

Project investors placed a challenging timeframe of completion prior to Summer tourism season and strict budget in-line with available investment, with no margin for either aspect and dependant on completion to ensure critical revenue generation in-line with the Client’s business plan.
