This comprehensive renovation transformed a single-storey bungalow into a spacious, modern, and fully accessible home. The project began with the demolition of the existing garage and extensive groundworks to prepare for a full wrap-around extension. Inside, a complete kitchen renovation created a stylish, functional heart of the home, while a new separate bedroom was added, featuring its own ensuite bathroom and a dedicated dressing room for comfort and privacy. Underfloor heating was installed throughout for consistent warmth, complemented by a full programme of painting and decorating. The open-plan through lounge and dining area with beautiful skylights and large bi fold doors now offers seamless views over the garden, with large accessible openings and level thresholds ensuring smooth wheelchair access. This thoughtful design balances aesthetics, comfort, and inclusivity, delivering a home that is both beautiful and practical for modern living.
