Monteray Homes is a small, independent building company offering a range of home improvement services from renovations and refurbishments, extensions and conversions, to new build homes. We’ll advise and guide you through every step of the process, from initial design to finishing touches.

Based in Marden, Kent, Monteray Homes covers rural Kent and beyond, regularly undertaking projects in Staplehurst, Goudhurst, Biddenden, Cranbrook, Maidstone, and surrounding areas, but we’re happy to travel for the right project.

With over 30 years’ experience in building and carpentry, Paul Hutson and his trusted team can be relied upon to make your dream home a reality. The Monteray Homes team includes reliable and fully qualified sub-contractors for everything needed to get your project off the ground, including plumbing, plastering, bricklaying, electrics and landscaping.
