At Neways, we're not like other companies! We're a small, family run business lead by husband & wife team, Simon & Louise Tingley.
Able to carry a project from concept to completion and beyond, we have a strong focus on high end finishes, drawing from Simon's wealth of experience and over 40 years experience in the industry as a Multi-skilled Tradesman and Master Tiler.
While Simon’s working background was predominantly LONDON and EAST SUSSEX based (where he worked with old school building firms completing projects for the likes of Sir. Elton John, Sir. Paul McCartney, Heather Mills, Sir. David Lean, Lady Heinz, and Dave Gilmore among others); it's his impeccable attention to the often overlooked details that deliver high end finishes and client satisfaction.
Simon also has quite a strong track record in designing & carrying out commercial refurbishments for Boutique Hotels such as (but not limited to) The Savoy (London), Roux Brothers Restaurants, East Sussex National, and Park Farm Hotel Hethersett.
With a strong ability to lead others by example, our company ethos are built upon "the golden rule", to "do unto others as you would have others do unto you"... It's as simple as that.
With Louise at the helm utilising her twenty years experience in business development, management consultancy & training, it's because of her great understanding of the Key Principals of Human Design that allows us to build upon the innate natural instincts, strengths & talents of each member of our team, creating a safe and encouraging working environment, which supports each team member so they can perform their role(s) to the best of their ability.
We believe that a great deal of our client satisfaction is directly linked to the manner in which we encourage & support our entire team.

This East Harling based client approached us to convert their garage into a practical, multi-purpose space they could predominantly use as their home-based office, while maintaining a distinct separation from the home & living space.
We have used an Eco-friendly black marble stone effect flooring (made from recycled ceramics), that feels and looks like real marble, perfect for creating that luxurious upscale look. Commercial grade, with a residential warranty of 30 years, the flooring system is 100% Waterproof, non-slip, stain resistant, and supports underfloor heating (up to 68degrees celsius, while most other flooring options are capped at a maximum underfloor heat of 27 degrees); essential for the modern-day life and busy households.
