We used Newman Construction for a garage conversion into a home office and fitting a laminate floor, and we’re really pleased with the result. The quality of work was excellent, the project was completed on time and within budget, and communication was clear throughout. They were reliable, punctual, friendly, and always happy to explain what was happening at each stage. They kept everything clean and tidy and also helped with building control and planning advice, which made the process stress-free. The finished space is now my full-time home office, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Newman Construction or use them again.

Newman construction have done a great job with our renovation and we have enjoyed working with them to create our new home. The team have been involved from our initial planning and have undertaken structural work, the kitchen install, plastering, carpentry and have also managed contractors for the rewiring and plumbing work that also needed doing. I cannot recommend Newman Construction highly enough! Wayne and the lads have done a wonderful job with our part garage conversion and kitchen build. They are always on time, respectful, and work incredibly hard, everyone I have spoken to is amazed at the speed at which the build progressed. Communication through Emma and Wayne is excellent, and you always know what is going on and what is next. Wayne is always happy to answer questions and talk through any concerns instantly putting me at ease. The quality of the work undertaken is superb, we are delighted with our new kitchen space.

The standard of work was exceptional. We were really impressed with the work ethic and dedication to doing a great job by both Wayne and Joe. They worked non-stop, were always polite and courteous and remembered that while the work was underway, it was still our home. Neighbours commented on how tidy and hard working they both were. They were always prepared to go the extra mile to get the job done and in fact finished one day early. Nothing was too much, they completed all work to a very high standard. There advice to us was spot on, a great job!

Not an easy job in loft bedroom up narrow access. Plastering over old 1980s artex and boarding over poor brickwork cheerfully undertaken with excellent results. 10/10
