We delivered the entire project in-house — from groundworks and utilities to interiors and finishes — ensuring every stage met commercial standards. The result is a boutique space that feels purpose-built, stylish, and high-end, proving that with the right vision and craftsmanship, even the most unlikely plots can become thriving businesses.

From first concept to final finish, this luxury extension and renovation was crafted with precision, detail, and flow — creating a home that feels both brand new and naturally evolved. The brief: expand the property into a bright, modern open-plan space connecting kitchen, dining, and lounge, enhancing light, space, and functionality without losing warmth.

The extension features full-height doors, a roof light, and smooth herringbone flooring flowing seamlessly between old and new. Outside, crisp render and a fresh patio elevate the façade.

At the heart is a bespoke kitchen: shaker cabinetry in soft tones, solid timber worktops, and an elegant island with integrated hob. Precision joinery, feature lighting, and recessed LEDs create both refinement and practicality.

Once a tired, problem-ridden property, Emerald Park has been transformed into Scarborough’s premier luxury holiday let. Stripped back and rebuilt with vision and precision, every room now reflects indulgence and character.

The designer kitchen pairs deep-green cabinetry with sleek white counters; the lounge combines velvet sofas and a feature fireplace with modern entertainment; spa-like bathrooms feature roll-top baths, patterned tiles, and rainfall showers; and the bedrooms deliver hotel-grade comfort with unique style.

A games room adds energy and fun, while outside, a covered deck with hot tub and lounge seating turns wasted space into a destination of its own.

This renovation saw Nexus transform both the kitchen and garage with a design that combines practicality and standout style. The kitchen was rebuilt with sleek grey cabinetry, integrated appliances, and a large central island finished with a timber breakfast bar. Feature shelving with ambient lighting adds warmth, while skylights and spotlights flood the space with light. A full exposed brick feature wall, paired with black fixtures, gives the room an industrial edge while keeping it inviting and functional. Outside, we constructed a new brick garage with roller door access and a smart black side gate, designed to deliver secure storage while enhancing curb appeal.
