We hired Igor and Zhan for a full remodelling of our Victorian house in London, including a kitchen extension. The house was in good condition but needed a full refresh, and the project covered both cosmetic updates and more substantial works.
Some unforeseen structural issues arose during the renovation, but the team handled them very professionally and competently. We are delighted with the final result and how the house has turned out.
Their designer, Julia, was a real standout. She was highly responsive, had great ideas, and clearly understood what we wanted. Her support throughout the project was invaluable. Nilo also completed the kitchen joinery and cabinetry, and the quality of the kitchen is excellent.
There were some delays and communication with a junior manager wasn’t always ideal, but everything was ultimately resolved and completed to a high standard.
Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the work and would recommend Nilo for full-house renovations and extensions

I was referred to Nilo Construction by my friend when I needed a rather last-minute painting to be done in the flat right before Christmas. All the works (repainting a two-bed flat, walls/ceilings/doors + refreshing silicone in the bathrooms) have been done in less than a week.
