This over-garage extension transformed the home by adding two new bedrooms and an ensuite, while also refreshing the existing rooms with new built-in wardrobes and updated finishes. The main bathroom was modernised too, bringing it in line with the fresh new look of the house. Careful attention was given to matching the brickwork, so the extension blends seamlessly with the original property and looks as though it was always meant to be there. 

The result is a more spacious, modern home that feels complete both inside and out.

This project began by transforming the old kitchen extension into a light and airy lounge and dining area. A striking exposed brick wall now runs through the dining space, adding texture, warmth, and character while creating a charming focal point that perfectly complements the modern design. Three large Velux windows flood the area with natural light, enhancing the open and inviting atmosphere.

The work continued upwards with a loft conversion, introducing a compact but bright home office and a stunning master suite. The new bedroom makes the most of the roof’s slopes, turning them into a design feature that adds both character and comfort. Additional Velux windows draw in daylight, and an ensuite completes the space, making it a stylish and relaxing retreat at the top of the house.

This stunning loft conversion turned unused space into a light-filled bedroom with two large Velux windows and floor-to-ceiling Juliet balcony doors. Our skilled carpenter fitted bespoke wardrobes and clever built-in storage, making the most of every inch. The addition of a spacious ensuite wet room with a standalone bath gives the room a luxurious feel, with a finish that rivals a boutique hotel.

We converted a dark galley kitchen and separate office into a bright, open-plan lounge and dining area. A new large square kitchen was created alongside this space, giving the home a more practical and modern layout. Seamless wide doors open onto the patio, filling the rooms with natural light and creating an effortless connection to the garden.

What began as a straightforward loft conversion soon evolved into a full home transformation. This project started with plans to create extra space in the roof, but as we worked closely with the client, new possibilities emerged. The vision grew to include a full ground floor remodel and a rear extension, giving the property a fresh layout, improved flow and a striking new look inside and out.

This extension created a spacious open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area filled with natural light. Well-placed rooflights and large sliding doors brighten the space and connect it seamlessly to the garden. 

The design also kept the original rear window, which now links the new extension to the front snug while allowing even more light to flow through the home. Inside, a beautiful herringbone wooden floor runs throughout, complemented by timeless lighting and a kitchen design that will look good for years to come.
